By accessing this website or purchasing artwork through our online store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. About Drawn Somewhere
Drawn Somewhere is the illustration studio and online gallery of American artist Rebekah MacKay, based in Paris, France. We offer original artwork, limited edition prints, custom commissions, and creative experiences inspired by travel, storytelling, and the human touch.
2. Products
Every effort has been made to accurately display our artwork through photography and product descriptions.
Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor or device settings. Because each original artwork is created by hand, subtle variations in texture, brushwork, and finish are part of the artwork and should not be considered defects.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product availability.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in Euros (€) unless otherwise noted.
Shipping, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included unless expressly stated.
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.
5. Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and shipping carrier.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Drawn Somewhere is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
6. Original Artwork
All original paintings are one-of-a-kind works of art.
Ownership of the physical artwork transfers to the purchaser upon payment in full. Copyright and all intellectual property rights remain exclusively with Rebekah MacKay unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The purchase of an artwork does not grant permission to reproduce, copy, publish, license, or commercially use the artwork.
7. Prints
Limited edition prints are produced in small editions using archival printing methods.
Unless otherwise stated, all editions remain the intellectual property of the artist.
8. Copyright & Licensing
All artwork, illustrations, photographs, website content, branding, and designs are protected by international copyright laws.
Artwork may not be reproduced, scanned, copied, altered, published, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Original paintings and commissioned artwork are final sale.
Limited edition prints may be eligible for return in accordance with our Return Policy.
10. Damaged Shipments
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the artwork and packaging.
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
11. Privacy
Your personal information is used solely for processing orders, providing customer support, and improving your shopping experience.
We do not sell your personal information.

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of France.
Any disputes arising from purchases made through Drawn Somewhere shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in France.

Any revisions become effective immediately upon publication on this website.
