These Terms of Sale govern purchases made through Drawn Somewhere. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Products

Drawn Somewhere offers original artwork, limited edition prints, open edition prints, postcards, and other art-related products.

Because many items are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are part of the artwork and are not considered defects.

Original Artwork

Unless otherwise stated, every original painting is a one-of-one artwork created by Rebekah MacKay.

Ownership of the physical artwork transfers to the buyer upon full payment. Copyright and all reproduction rights remain with the artist unless expressly transferred in writing.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Euros (€) unless otherwise noted.

Prices may change without notice but will not affect orders already placed.

Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from Paris, France.

Shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and additional information can be found in our Shipping Policy.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees required by their country.

Returns

Due to the unique nature of original artwork, all original paintings are final sale.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the artwork arrives damaged or the incorrect item was sent.

For eligible print returns, please refer to our Return Policy.

Damaged Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact info@drawnsomewhere.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include photographs of:

the artwork
the packaging
the shipping label

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, illustrations, photographs, logos, website content, and designs remain the intellectual property of Rebekah MacKay and Drawn Somewhere.

The purchase of artwork does not grant permission to reproduce, scan, publish, license, or commercially use the artwork without written consent.

Product Photography

We make every effort to accurately represent colors and details of each artwork. Because every screen displays color differently, slight variations may occur.

Limitation of Liability

Drawn Somewhere shall not be liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
