Return Policy
We hope your artwork brings you joy for years to come. If you have any questions before purchasing, we're always happy to help.
If you'd like additional photographs, close-up details, videos, or a digital mock-up of the artwork in your home before making a decision, simply email drawnsomewhere@gmail.com. We're happy to provide additional information so you can purchase with confidence.
Original Paintings
All original paintings are final sale.
Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on original paintings.
If your artwork arrives damaged during transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photographs of both the artwork and its packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Limited Edition Prints
Limited edition prints may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, prints must be:
- In their original condition
- Unused and unframed
- Returned in their original protective packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was received.

Custom & Commissioned Artwork
All commissioned, personalized, and custom artwork is made specifically for you and is therefore final sale.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact drawnsomewhere@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the artwork
- Photographs of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We'll work quickly to find the best solution.
European Union Customers
For orders delivered within the European Union, statutory consumer rights apply where required by law.
Please note that commissioned artwork, personalized products, and other exempt goods may not be eligible for cancellation or return under applicable regulations.
Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you if your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
