Shipping policy

At Drawn Somewhere, every order is carefully prepared and shipped from my studio in Paris, France. Whether you're purchasing an original painting or a print, I take great care to ensure your artwork arrives safely.

Processing Times

All in-stock artwork is typically shipped within 3–7 business days of purchase.

If additional drying time, varnishing, or special packaging is required, processing may take a little longer. If so, you'll be notified by email.

Custom commissions and made-to-order items have separate production timelines, which will be communicated before purchase.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped with trusted international carriers and include tracked shipping whenever possible.

Larger original paintings may require a specialty courier depending on the artwork's size and destination.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • France: 2–5 business days
  • European Union: 3–10 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
  • United States & Canada: 5–14 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Packaging

Every artwork is professionally packaged to help ensure safe arrival.

Paper artworks are shipped flat in archival protective packaging.

Original canvas paintings are carefully wrapped and boxed using professional fine-art shipping materials. Larger works may be shipped in custom-built packaging.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees required by their country.

Drawn Somewhere is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact info@drawnsomewhere.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • Photographs of the damaged artwork

This information allows us to file a claim with the shipping carrier and determine the best resolution.

Lost Packages

If your tracking indicates that your package has been lost in transit, please contact us at info@drawnsomewhere.com. We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
